For a much more affordable lip liner I would recommend the NYX suede matte lip liner in the shade Los Angeles. Another lip liner by mac that goes well is Whirl or Soar.

Whirl- Probably my favorite out of the three I don’t know how to even describe the color it’s like a rosy muave I guess? :Īs you can see I love MAC lip products but I’m really trying to experiment with more different colors and brands. Soar- Since soar has a the most pink undertone out of the three I use it with my pink lipsticks: I tend to alternate between wearing Spice or Whirl and then add either Velvet Teddy or Siss on top to add more dimension to my lips. Now the names on everyone’s lips go even further. You can where them on their own as a natural day lip look or add lipstick and a gloss on top for a more glam look. What I love about the MAC lip liners is that they are super long lasting and low maintenance. Sometimes I just wear these lipliners by themselves because the texture just glides on so nicely and they are all extremely pigmented. Spice, Soar, and Whirl are all very neutral shades and they seriously would look great on anyone! Also I’ve never been huge on bold lip colors so most of my lipstick collection is very neutral and they pair so well with all three. So it may seem like I just stole 3 lipliners out of Kylie Jenners make up bag but I seriously use these babies every day.
